anand sahaja is a nickname that was given to me in 1997 and it means ‘spontaneous bliss!’ And it’s what I want to share with you, too… more fun spontaneity and more bliss! I spent thirty years in the “business world” as a corporate communications Creative Director, Information Architect and User Experience (UX) expert. Now I write books and speak on energetic communications and life experiences: healing addictions through lifestyle changes, creating a healthy home, and improving overall esoteric quality of life through ‘approachable’ inspirational spirituality.
